![]() Shaoxing Black Soldier Fly Protein Factory Raw material: kitchen solid waste after three-phase separation Processing scale: 20 tons/day Production Lines: 4 production lines, 35 meters long, each with 12 layers The total area of the factory: about 1500 square meters Processing technology: egg hatching + automated culturing + sorting + microwave drying / frozen fresh larvae processing + cold storage / storage room Start of operation: August 1, 2021 Shaoxing Black Soldier Fly Protein Plant uses the three-phase separated kitchen solid waste to cultivate larvae. Through 4 production lines, it can process 20 tons of kitchen waste and produce 4 tons of larvae and 4 tons feces per day on average. Fresh larvae can be dried by drying system, or processed into frozen larvae products. The dried larvae can be used as feed raw materials, the frozen larvae can be directly used for feeding aquatic animals such as crayfish and hairy crabs, and the feces can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizer. ![]() Liuyang Top-Tech Super Factory Raw material: kitchen solid waste after three-phase separation Processing scale: 10 tons/day Production line: 1 production line, 60 meters long, 8-layer production line Total plant area: about 3,500 square meters (with space reserved for subsequent expansion) Processing technology: egg laying + egg hatching + automatic breeding + sorting + frozen fresh insect processing + cold storage Start of operation: March 5, 2020 Liuyang Top-Tech Super Factory uses the three-phase separated kitchen solid waste to cultivate Black Soldier Fly. One production line can process 10 tons of kitchen waste per day, and produces 2 tons of fresh larvae and 2 tons of feces, fresh larvae are processed into frozen fresh larvae products, and stored in cold storage. The frozen fresh larvae can be directly used for feeding aquatic animals such as crayfish and hairy crabs, and the feces can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizer. The project is also equipped with an egg-laying room, and the plump Black Soldier Flies are selected to continue feed to turn to pupae, and further make them turn to flies and lay eggs. The collected Black Soldier Fly eggs are used for hatching, and the hatched larvae are used to dispose of kitchen solid waste, and finally the self-sufficiency of the Black Soldier Fly eggs is realized. |
